Sarah Chrobak

Sarah Chrobak (Jadwin), PMP, has extensive experience in manufacturing and sourcing roles, primarily with Owens Corning from 2018 to 2020, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams, managing procurement activities, and driving cost savings initiatives. As a Project Manager in Global Sourcing, Sarah facilitated the roll-out of sourcing models across over 100 manufacturing facilities, with a notable achievement of delivering $10 million in cash impact within the first year. Following tenure at Owens Corning, Sarah held various leadership positions at Amazon, including Site Leader and Senior Operations Manager. Sarah's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The Ohio State University, where involvement included creating marketing strategies for the EcoCAR 2 competition and presenting the program to President Obama.
