Sarah Horton is the Global Head of Enterprise Solutions at Amazon Ads, a position held since 2023. Previously, they served as the Global Chief Value Officer at Mediabrands from 2022 to 2023 and as Chief Investment Officer at Rufus, IPG's dedicated Amazon team, from 2018 to 2022. Earlier in their career, they were the Director of Investment for EMEA at MAGNA Global from 2012 to 2014 and held various roles in the media and advertising sectors. Horton earned a BA Hons in French Studies from the University of Nottingham and completed a program in Business Sustainability Management at the University of Cambridge in 2021.
