Sarah Klemsz

Sarah Klemsz is an accomplished operational leader with over thirteen years of experience delivering Industry 4.0 solutions and eight years serving Amazon customers. Currently, Sarah is the Director of Supply Chain Management, orchestrating end-to-end supply chain transformations for the non-sort division. Sarah previously managed a $517MM project portfolio in the General Manager/Director role for USNS Programs and has led significant improvements in operational efficiency throughout their career. With a strong focus on developing talent and driving organizational change, Sarah has also spearheaded initiatives like the Women in Non-Sorts affinity group, supporting the growth of women associates and leaders across the network.
