Satyam Lad has a diverse background in technology and product management, with experience spanning from software consulting to systems development. Satyam began a career at Halston Software as a Software Consultant in 2005, followed by a role as Senior Technical Associate at Tech Mahindra. From 2011 to 2018, Satyam contributed to Avaya as a Software Architect. Satyam returned to ASSERTION for a term as Product Manager from 2018 to 2020 and later served as Director of Engineering at ASSERTION Inc. from 2022 to 2025. Satyam currently holds the position of Systems Development Manager at Amazon since August 2025. Satyam earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering with first honors from the University of Mumbai between 1999 and 2003.
