Satyam Raj is a seasoned professional in business intelligence and analytics with extensive experience in leading teams and driving data-driven strategies. Currently serving as a Business Intelligence Engineer III at Amazon since July 2024, Satyam previously held the position of Lead Business Analyst at Unacademy, where responsibilities included managing a team of six analysts and addressing the analytics needs of over 60 stakeholders. Satyam's experience at Unacademy also encompasses developing acquisition strategies and optimizing campaign performance as a Senior Business Analyst, as well as establishing a comprehensive marketing analytics framework. Prior to Unacademy, Satyam worked as a Decision Scientist at Mu Sigma Inc., focusing on customer targeting for a major e-commerce client. Earlier, Satyam completed internships at Hindalco Industries Limited and Steel Authority of India Limited. Satyam holds a Bachelor of Technology (Hons) from the National Institute of Technology Raipur.
