Scott Weinstein

Scott Weinstein is a Senior Corporate Counsel within Amazon's Health Services team, based in Arlington, Virginia. Prior to joining Amazon in 2024, Scott was a partner at McDermott Will and Emery LLP, specializing in health industry advisory. Scott's experience includes serving as a Presidential Management Fellow in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Executive Office of the President, where focus areas included health information privacy and security. They earned a J.D. with honors from The George Washington University Law School, where Scott was also a managing editor of the Journal of Energy and Environmental Law, and received a B.A. cum laude from Georgetown University.
