Scott Wills

Scott Wills is a PMP certified Program Manager with extensive experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects, particularly in the medical device and clinical fields. They began their career as a Mechanical Engineer, providing technical guidance for submarine systems at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Electric Boat. Over time, Scott transitioned to program management roles at Philips Oral Healthcare, where they successfully coordinated the development and launch of innovative Sonicare products, and at Amazon, where they managed the transition of COVID-19 test assays from R&D to production. Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Washington.
