Sean O'Donnell

Sean O'Donnell is currently the Sr. Station Manager for Pathways at Amazon, where they serve as the site lead at DMH9. Previously, Sean held various engineering and managerial roles, including Manufacturing Engineer II at Raytheon Technologies and Research Fellow in Supply Chain Strategy at Nissan Motor Corporation, where notable cost-saving automation measures were implemented. Sean's early experience includes co-op positions at Parker Aerospace and Philips Lighting, contributing to mechanical design and R&D efforts. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and dual master's degrees in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from MIT. Additionally, Sean worked as the Head Instructor at Moncreaff's American Kenpo Karate Academy, overseeing a team of instructors and teaching self-defense to a diverse range of students.
