Sen Han

Sen Han is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as a Software Development Manager at Amazon since October 2022, Sen Han leads teams in building high-frequency, low-latency ads bidding infrastructure for the Amazon Demand Side Platform. Prior to Amazon, Sen Han worked at Bloomberg Industry Group for over five years, initially as a Senior System Architect focused on cloud initiatives and later as a Technical Manager overseeing the engineering team for the Government Contracting business. Sen Han's career began at Bloomberg, where roles included Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead for the Government Contracting business, contributing to projects in data analytics and platform integrations. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Columbia Business School, Sen Han has a strong foundation in both technical and managerial skills.
