Serena Williams

Serena Williams is a Senior Program Manager in FinOps at Amazon, bringing nearly a decade of operational management experience across more than a dozen countries. Previously, Serena worked at Chemonics International, where roles included Operations Director for the Global Health Division and Senior Grants & Subcontracts Manager, overseeing compliance for significant funding programs. Serena also held positions at RTI International, where they managed social media strategy, and at George Washington University, managing accreditation records for graduate students. Currently, Serena is pursuing degrees in Critical & Francophone Studies and International Affairs & French.
