Shadab Anwer

Shadab Anwer is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in management and engineering roles. Currently serving as General Manager of Operations at Amazon since May 2017, Shadab has progressed through various leadership positions, including Senior Manager and Pathways Operations Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Schlumberger from April 2011 to March 2016, where Shadab held roles such as Mechanical Engineer in Rapid Response and Production and Manufacturing Technical Support, successfully leading projects to establish new lubricants and improve manufacturing processes. Earlier experience includes work as a Simulation/Research Engineer at IFP Energies nouvelles and as a Simulation Engineer intern at Arts et Métiers ParisTech - ENSAM. Shadab holds an MBA in Operations and Finance from the Indian School of Business, a Master's in Powertrain Engineering from IFP School, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
