Shahil T M is a dedicated health and safety professional with a Master’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment from Manchester Metropolitan University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Currently serving as an EHS Coordinator at Precision Polymer Engineering, Shahil focuses on fostering a positive safety culture and managing compliance with ISO 45001. Previously, Shahil contributed as an Assistant EHS Engineer during the construction of Bangalore International Terminal 2, and gained foundational experience as an HSE Trainee at Apollo Tyres. With several recognized certifications, Shahil continues to pursue the latest practices in workplace safety, emphasizing clear communication and collaboration.
