Shaina Ross

Shaina Ross is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management and community organization. Starting as a Head Organizer at Communities United, Shaina developed community leadership and organized large-scale meetings to address socio-economic issues in under-resourced neighborhoods. Shaina then served as a Community Support Specialist at The McClendon Center, managing a caseload of clients with mental health diagnoses and assisting them in accessing social services. Shaina transitioned to the U.S. Soccer Foundation, where roles included Assistant Director/Director of Programs, overseeing national youth development initiatives, and leading innovative training programs benefiting over 10,000 adults. Currently, Shaina is a Senior Program Manager at Amazon, while also strategically directing the Foundation's expansion efforts aimed at positively impacting one million youth by 2026. Shaina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies, with a focus on Psychology, from the University of Central.
