Shaleha Memon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and risk management. With a background as a Senior Operations Manager for the Indian Air Force overseeing the Modernisation of Airfield Infrastructure Project from February 2012 to June 2017, Shaleha also served as an Air Traffic Controller from December 2006 to December 2020. Transitioning to Amazon, Shaleha held the position of Senior Risk Manager, following roles as Risk Manager II until March 2025. Shaleha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in E-Commerce from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, completed in 2005, and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Jamia Millia Islamia, obtained in 2019.
