Shanelle Thomas is currently a Senior Retail Planning Manager at Amazon, leveraging their extensive experience in retail management to optimize inventory placement and enhance customer experience across over 1,000 stores. Prior to Amazon, Shanelle held significant roles at companies including Burlington Stores and Five Below, managing multimillion-dollar revenues and leading high-performing teams.
