Shantanu Mishra is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Industrial Engineer currently serving as a Program Manager II for the Amazon Physical Stores Team. They previously led operational excellence program management at Chewy and implemented Six Sigma and process improvement initiatives at Virtua Health. Shantanu has also gained experience in supply chain project management through internships at Rochester Regional Health, Complemar, and Bosch Rexroth. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from SRM University and a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
