Shari Cohen Boardman has extensive experience in digital product management and customer solutions, most recently serving as a Customer Solutions and Program Manager at Amazon from November 2016 to April 2023. In this role, Shari managed project initiatives for the Buy with Prime products and also led the digital comics shopping experience and subscription programs as Director of Digital Product Management. Prior experience includes roles at American Express, where Shari directed digital product development for Global Commercial Payments and managed e-commerce strategies, and at The Knot, focusing on e-commerce and personalized website solutions. Earlier experience includes delivering technology solutions at Accenture Consulting and supporting traders at Goldman Sachs. Shari holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
