Sharmishtha Mitra has a diverse background in sales, marketing, and technical roles, beginning with an internship at The Climber in 2020 and serving as a Campus Ambassador for the National Engineering Olympiad. Subsequently, Sharmishtha worked as a Search Engine Optimization Executive at Contrive Datum Insights Pvt. Ltd. and gained technical skills during a trainee apprenticeship at Zensar Technologies. More recently, Sharmishtha held multiple positions at Amazon, including Subject Matter Expert and Case Specialist, where responsibilities included project coordination, process improvement, and maintaining operational knowledge. Sharmishtha holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Engineering, Management and Research, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics at Dr D Y Patil Institute of Management Studies.
