Shaun Leonard

Shaun Leonard has a diverse background, starting as a Denture Technician at Hardin Dental Lab from July 2014 to March 2016, where Shaun created cast replicas for denture models. Transitioning to Amazon in May 2016, Shaun held several positions including Fulfillment Associate, Operations Manager for Amazon Air overseeing high-volume flight operations, Customer Returns Area Manager, and On-the-Road Operations Manager managing multiple third-party logistics delivery companies. Shaun's process improvements also included leading a kaizen initiative in the refurbish department. Additionally, Shaun worked at Dixie-town Bowling Center from September 2013 to July 2018 performing various roles such as cashier, bartender, and maintenance.
