Shenghe Xu

Shenghe Xu is an Applied Scientist at Amazon, where they have contributed to advancements in recommendation systems and text localization since 2020. They completed a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at New York University, focusing on optimization problems using reinforcement learning and machine learning methods. Prior to their role at Amazon, Shenghe gained research experience through internships at Cisco and Nokia Bell Labs, where they worked on projects involving generative adversarial networks and machine learning applications. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
