Shijun Y. has a strong background in reliability engineering, having worked with companies like Microsoft and Amazon. They served as a Reliability Engineer at Microsoft from 2021 to 2022, where they led the FMEA framework for cloud power equipment, and previously tested reliability for Windows Phone in 2013. At Amazon, Shijun held the position of Senior Reliability Engineer in 2022 and was responsible for end-to-end reliability engineering for various machine vision hardware systems. They have also contributed to academic research as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Binghamton University in 2014, focusing on device reliability.
