Shikhar Sinha

Shikhar Sinha has over a decade of leadership experience in both military and corporate environments. As a Squadron Leader in the Indian Air Force from July 2011 to July 2021, Shikhar was responsible for operational readiness and the tactical deployment of mission-critical systems, leading a team of over 200 personnel with accountability for the techno-logistic supply chain and financial governance. Following a year as a student at Lancaster University Management School, Shikhar has been serving as a Pathways Operations Manager at Amazon since September 2022, overseeing the operational performance and P&L of a high-volume fulfilment center while managing a workforce of more than 500 personnel. Shikhar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from RN Shetty Institute of Technology and an MBA from Lancaster University.
