Shirley Hin has a diverse professional background with experience in customer service, operational management, and program coordination. At JOEY Restaurant Group from March 2022 to September 2023, Shirley excelled as a Server Liaison by enhancing customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution and task organization. In a brief internship at Amazon in June to August 2024, Shirley developed a research plan that led to significant cost savings and helped implement a training program for over 100 associates. Additionally, during a role as Assistant Program Coordinator at the Cambodian American Community Council of Washington from January to March 2024, Shirley improved user experience through data entry and delivered educational presentations to students.
