Shugufta R. has a diverse background in executive search and leadership advisory, with experience spanning various sectors including real estate and non-profit. Currently, as an Executive Search Researcher with Amazon, Shugufta focuses on principal engineering recruiting. Previously, Shugufta held roles at Reneris as a Senior Associate, leading executive search processes, and as a Behaviour Analyst at Hamad Centre for Special Needs, where they developed intervention plans for individuals with special needs. They also earned a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven.
