Shuning Wang

Shuning Wang currently serves as a Director in the Cross Border team at Shopee, focusing on selling products in the Southeast Asia network since June 2017. Additionally, Shuning has been a Senior Technical Program Manager at Amazon since July 2011, leading multiple teams within the Amazon Free Search team and managing Linehaul operations to identify cost-saving opportunities, such as a $2 million annual savings through the ACLI project. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Schlumberger, where development and maintenance of the 'Maxwell' oil field acquisition platform and reservoir model analysis software were key responsibilities, as well as a Mobile Software Engineer at Motorola. Shuning holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Geochemistry from Nanjing University, completed in 2007 and 2003, respectively.
