Shushmitha Radjaram is a Software Development Engineer at Amazon and a fourth-year Computer Science and Software Engineering student at the University of Washington. Previously, Shushmitha held various roles, including Business Intelligence Engineer at Amazon and Solution Architect Intern at T-Mobile, where they enhanced data insights for strategic decisions. As an Undergraduate Research Assistant, Shushmitha contributed to significant research on exoplanets and mentored high school students as a Private AP Calculus Tutor. Shushmitha also served as Vice President of the Bothell Women in Science and Engineering Club, promoting opportunities for women in STEM.
