Siddhant Behera has a diverse background, having accumulated over six years of experience at sea as an engineer, where they managed critical operations and a multinational team. They completed a Master’s in Supply Chain Management at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and have held roles in various organizations, including Amazon as a Sr. Operations Manager. Prior to this, Siddhant worked with ASP Ship Management, where they improved plant efficiency and conducted risk assessments. Their educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a pre-sea training in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering.
