Sidharth is currently a Master of Business Administration student specializing in Operations and Information Technology at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, expected to graduate in 2025. They are also serving as an elected Senator, representing over 580 students. Previously, Sidharth worked as an Associate Engineer at Collins Aerospace, focusing on the design of cargo system components for aircraft, and as a tutor in physics, chemistry, and mathematics. In 2024, they joined Amazon as a Program Manager for Automation and GenAI, having previously successfully led teams as an Area Manager. Sidharth holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, graduated in 2020.
