Silvia Burlui, Assoc CIPD, is currently a nursing student at Oxford Brookes University, while also holding an extensive background in human resources from their time at Amazon. They gained experience as an HR Associate Partner and HR Partner, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and talent management. Additionally, Silvia worked as a Learning Coordinator, developing training programs, and contributed as a Healthcare Assistant, where they demonstrated a commitment to patient care. Silvia is pursuing a nursing degree to integrate their HR expertise with healthcare, aiming to enhance the well-being of individuals within a clinical setting.
