Sima Mustaklem has extensive experience in project management and engineering within the construction industry. Starting as a Project Engineer at RTM Engineering Consultants from July 2014 to September 2017, Sima collaborated with architects, owners, and contractors to deliver efficient designs for various projects, including commercial and residential buildings. Following this, Sima held the position of Assistant Project Manager II at Shawmut Design and Construction from April 2018 to April 2020, where responsibilities included managing procurement logs and organizing weekly meetings. Currently, Sima serves as a Construction Project Coordinator at Amazon since November 2020 and transitioned to the role of Preconstruction Manager in January 2023. Sima's educational background includes a Master of Project Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Engineering from Earlham College.
