Simon Hovell

Simon Hovell is the Head of EU Last Mile Capacity Strategy and Innovation at Amazon Logistics, where they focus on optimizing the delivery process to enhance customer experience. With a background in software engineering and strategic roles in both technology and customer experience, Simon has held various leadership positions at Amazon, including Head of Customer Program Management for Alexa Data Services. Prior to Amazon, Simon worked at BT, leading significant transformations in customer provisioning and experience management. Simon earned a PhD in Signal Processing as well as a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Edinburgh.
