Simone Sottani

Simone Sottani has extensive experience in change management and program management across prominent organizations. As a Change Management Consultant at Hotelcare from September 2015 to September 2017, Simone focused on leadership advisory and performance optimization. At RB, from September 2018 to January 2023, contributions as a Programme Management Officer included overseeing PMO activities in over 20 SAP implementation projects globally, while also managing change enablement and communication strategies for project deployments. Currently, as a Program Manager at Amazon since January 2023, Simone has developed a certification program enhancing the facilitation skills of trainers and managed numerous training sessions, significantly impacting the training of over 30,000 learners. Academically, Simone holds a degree in Economy and Business from Università degli Studi di Firenze and a Master’s degree in International Human Resources with Distinction from the University of Greenwich.
