So Ihara is a Senior Technical Program Manager for Last Mile WW Engineering & Innovation at Amazon, where they lead a team of analysts to enhance the Product & Food Safety team’s infrastructure and support a data-driven culture. Previously, they held various roles at Amazon including Manager of Business Analytics and Risk Management Specialist. So also worked as an Analytics Program Manager at Google and served as a Wholesale Responsible Officer with the U.S. Army Materiel Command. They earned a Bachelor of Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University between 2005 and 2009.
