So Tamura joined Amazon Japan in July 2025 as a Program Manager, focusing on productivity improvements and the implementation of new services within delivery operations. From September 2021 to 2024, Tamura worked as a Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant at Bay Current Consulting, where they engaged in market research and business improvement projects. Before that, Tamura served as a Store Manager at Fast Retailing from March 2018 to August 2021, managing multiple store locations and staff. Tamura began their career in customer support at OpenLogi from 2017 to 2018, handling queries and creating training materials. Tamura earned a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Chuo University between 2013 and 2017.
