Sobhagya Gupta is a senior audit, compliance, and risk leader with over 13 years of global experience in enterprise-level programs focused on employee conduct, anti-bribery, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Internal Audit – Forensics at Amazon India-MEA, Sobhagya leads high-impact audits and compliance reviews across diverse operations, while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance governance and risk management frameworks. Previously, Sobhagya held key roles at JLL, Uber, EY, and Grant Thornton, consistently driving transformation through structured controls and team leadership. Sobhagya holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jaypee Institute Of Information Technology and completed Executive Education in Leadership and Culture at Harvard Business School Online.
