Sofia Kluch, Ph.D., is the Senior Manager of Central Science Insights at Amazon, where they direct the Talent and Diversity Analytics Teams for Global Talent Management. Sofia previously led Gallup's data science, strategy, and analytics consulting programs, overseeing a technical team that integrated innovative tools for predictive analytics. Before joining Gallup, they served as the Research Psychologist at the Central Intelligence Agency and have extensive experience in research and consulting with U.S. government clients and other organizations. Sofia holds a Ph.D. in Applied Psychology from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and has also been an assistant professor of psychology at Pfeiffer University.
