Sonia Johnston

Sonia Johnston serves as a Non Executive Board Member at Capital Credit Union UK since October 2015, focusing on ethical lending solutions and strategic vision. Additionally, Sonia holds roles at Amazon as a Driver Trainer and previously as a Career Administrator and Sortation Associate. As the Director and Owner of WOW-Cleaning, Sonia manages business operations since May 2018. Sonia has significant experience mentoring youth as a Business Mentor at The Prince's Scottish Youth Business Trust from 2012 to 2022 and previously served as Managing Director at Impact for Growth Limited, where Sonia designed impactful growth programmes. Further experience includes roles as a Shadow Board Member at the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator, Business Development at AQR Ltd, and various advisory positions at Women in Banking and Finance Scotland and MatchPoint Network. Sonia holds a BSC Hons in Combined Business & Management from Heriot-Watt University.
