Sorelle Gardner

Sorelle Gardner has extensive experience in engineering, quality management, and finance within the technology sector. Beginning as an Intern in New Product Introduction at Flextronics, Sorelle utilized Solid Works for design validation and applied Lean Manufacturing principles. Subsequent roles at Cisco included Product Quality Engineer, overseeing quality for Data Center Switching Products, and later serving as Finance Manager, where Sorelle managed Supplier Rebates Programs and implemented process improvements. In the role of Technical Program Manager, Sorelle coordinated projects in the Data Center Switching group, addressing quality issues and vendor collaboration. Currently, Sorelle holds the position of Finance Manager at Amazon while pursuing a Master's degree in Finance and Analytics at Santa Clara University, following a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
