Soroush Mokhtari is currently a Senior Research Scientist at Amazon, focusing on Data Science and Machine Learning applications. They completed their PhD in Structural Engineering at the University of Central Florida, where they specialized in big-data analytics, signal processing, and computer vision techniques for Structural Health Monitoring. Soroush holds two Master's degrees in Civil Engineering, one in Water Resources Engineering and another in Geotechnical Engineering, and has extensive experience as a Bridge Designer and Geotechnical Engineer for various projects.
