Spyros Lazos

Spyros Lazos is currently a Senior Program Manager at Amazon, where they oversee the P&L and cost pillar for the North American middle mile carrier, managing a fleet of 1,500 day cab tractors and 10,000 drivers. Previously, they served as an Operations Excellence Leader and Value Stream Manager at Meggitt, where they developed management control systems and implemented lean manufacturing practices. Spyros held multiple internships at Rolls-Royce, contributing to the manufacturing processes of key aerospace engines. They earned a Master of Science in Advanced Aeronautical Engineering with distinction from Imperial College London and are pursuing an MBA at Arizona State University.
