Sri Pachiappan possesses extensive experience in program and product management, particularly in supply chain logistics and trade compliance. At Dell, from July 2014 to February 2020, key contributions included driving digital transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain visibility, implementing risk mitigation strategies in response to Brexit, and leading automation projects that significantly improved distressed shipment management. Sri participated in the Dell Leadership Development Program and held roles that included managing global order fulfillment operations and ensuring finance process integrity during system integrations. Since February 2020, Sri has served as a Senior Product Manager at Amazon Web Services, and currently holds the position of Principal Product Manager for Tech, Risk Detection and Prevention Systems at Amazon, starting October 2023.
