Stefanie Fischer

Stefanie Fischer, Ph.D., is a Principal Economist at Amazon, where they lead initiatives in HR Central Science. With a strong academic foundation, Fischer taught at Monash University and California Polytechnic State University, and held the position of Associate Professor with tenure. They began their career as a Project Analyst at Metafore and later contributed to various educational roles at UC Santa Barbara. Fischer holds a Ph.D. in Economics from UC Santa Barbara, as well as a Master's in Economics from Montana State University and a Bachelor's in Mathematics from Linfield College.
