Steph Baldwin

Steph Baldwin is currently the Head of Real Estate Contract Management (EMEA) at Amazon, overseeing complex lease obligations and contract processes within the organization. Previously, Steph worked in various roles at Amazon, including UK Ops Procurement Manager and Regional Procurement Manager, managing procurement activities across fulfillment centers in the UK. Steph also served as a Category Manager at Walgreens Boots Alliance, where they were responsible for the Facilities Management portfolio and managing stakeholder relationships. Early in their career, Steph held positions at Havelock Europa and Vaillant, focusing on materials control and indirect purchasing. Steph earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Derby and is currently pursuing further education at The University of Sheffield and Sheffield University.
