Stephan Hengstler

Stephan Hengstler is a senior engineering leader with over 15 years of experience in technology development and management. They have held key roles, including Engineering Manager at BD Diagnostics and Senior Director of Engineering at Vave Health, where they led a 15-member team to successfully achieve FDA clearance and product launch. Currently, as Head of Hardware Development at Amazon's Grand Challenge, they direct the development of innovative IoT devices from concept to pilot. Stephan's educational background includes a Ph.D. from Stanford University and multiple degrees from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
