Stephanie Burrell

Stephanie Burrell has extensive experience in executive recruiting and consulting, spanning over a decade. From 2007 to 2010, Stephanie served as a Restructuring Consultant at FTI Consulting, followed by a role as an IGS Consultant at Banco Santander in 2010. At Charles Sterling Group from 2010 to 2017, Stephanie specialized as an Executive Search Consultant in the Infrastructure Practice. Stephanie then joined Wayfair, where roles included Executive Recruiter and Principal Recruiter for Executive Search from October 2017 to August 2019. Recently, Stephanie held the position of Principal/Senior Manager for Executive Recruiting at Amazon, focused on technology for Stores and Operations from April 2023 to March 2023. Stephanie holds a BBA from Isenberg School of Management and a BA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
