Stephanie O'Rourke Mele is a results-driven senior leader currently serving as the Senior Manager for Learning and Development at Amazon, where they oversee the development programs for thousands of leaders annually. With a Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Miami University, they previously held various roles at Amazon, including Senior Manager of Leader Talent Development and Senior Regional Manager. Stephanie began their career as a Logistics Intern at Batesville Casket Company in 2014, where they developed a Kanban system and improved operational processes.
