Stephen Maduli-Williams possesses extensive experience in economic development and housing management, with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Notable positions include serving as 1st Deputy Commissioner of the Department of Housing for the City of Chicago, where management of a $138 million budget and low-income housing initiatives was key, and as Deputy Executive Director of the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency, overseeing a $95 million budget and restructuring operations for enhanced productivity. Stephen has also contributed significantly to community development through roles at the Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation, Amazon, and other non-profit organizations, managing projects that enhance affordable housing, community services, and economic growth.
