Currently serving as an Operations Manager for Amazon, Stephen ensures fast and reliable order delivery in the last-mile process. Previously, Stephen held positions such as Lab Director at Affinity Grow, where they oversaw the laboratory's development and management, and VP of Production at Planet 13 Holdings, where they led the design and buildout of a large production facility. Stephen also managed product teams at Milestone Inc. and has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from New Mexico State University.
