Stephen McDonnell is currently the Director of Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics at Amazon, where they leverage their operations and logistics expertise to scale robot-enabling technologies across the US. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Amazon from 2016 to 2019, including Director of Operations, overseeing multiple sites and a workforce of approximately 15,000 employees. McDonnell has also served as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Casella Waste Systems, where they received the Vermont Governor’s Award for Environmental Excellence in 2012. Their earlier experience includes leadership positions at the University of Montana and eCullet, as well as strategic analysis at Dartmouth College. McDonnell is pursuing an MBA in Marketing and Corporate Strategy at Purdue University.
