Stephen Parker is a seasoned leader in vehicle engineering, currently serving as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Amazon, focusing on electric and autonomous vehicles. Prior to this role, they held significant positions at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where they managed propulsion systems for Jeep models and led recruitment initiatives that tripled candidate intake while drastically reducing costs. Stephen was also instrumental in developing high-performance engines as a Lead Test Engineer for SRT Powertrain.
